Yay! Finally summertime. And a blog makeover! Excited to have plenty of time to practice, work for a great music festival in my hometown in OR, and do some yoga/meditation on the side.
Tip of the Day: A great practice before/after practicing (see what I did there?) your instrument is to take a few mins to stretch after every 20-30 mins of playing, and drink plenty of water throughout your practice session. When we practice we’re using lots of physical energy, and it’s very important to stay hydrated and keep your muscles healthy & happy!
